Our pet fee is $450 per pet and is non-refundable. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Best of all, we don't have a weight limit at our community. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

*Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation
Other Pets Restricted:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
